Paying by bank card is a fast and convenient way to pay for your order without leaving your home.
Payment instructions
You can pay for the Service with a Visa or Mastercard bank card. At the final stage of placing an order, a secure window with the EPAY payment page will open, where you will need to enter your bank card details. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3-D Secure protocol is used. If your issuing bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification.

The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of the International payment systems Visa and MasterCard on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, for this purpose the most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over closed communication channels are used.
In the fields on the payment page, enter the card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary data is displayed on the surface of the bank card.
Click the «Pay» button, wait for the page with the authorization results of your card to load. A message about successful authorization will mean that your payment has been processed and the order will be completed. In case of unsuccessful authorization, you need to contact us or your bank and find out the reason why the payment was denied.
Security guarantees
The EPAY processing center protects and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transferred to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further information is transferred via closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability. EPAY does not transfer your card data to us or other third parties. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional authentication of the cardholder.

Online payment security
The personal information you provide (name, address, telephone, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card details are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our Web server.
Security of Internet payment processing is guaranteed by JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan. All operations with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems. When transferring information, specialized technologies for the security of online card payments are used, data processing is carried out on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.
Payment by credit cards is safe because:
- The authorization system guarantees the buyer that the payment details of his payment card (number, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, since this data is not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
- The buyer enters their payment details directly into the EPAY authorization system, and not on the online store website, therefore, the buyer's card payment details will not be available to third parties.
Refund of funds
When making online payments using payment cards, cash refunds are not allowed. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems:
- The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their delivery; after the delivery of the goods, the refusal must be made within 14 days;
- The buyer enters their payment details directly into the EPAY authorization system, and not on the online store website, therefore, the buyer's card payment details will not be available to third parties.
To return funds to a bank card, you must fill out the «Application for a refund of funds», which is sent to Whatsapp +7 707 365 05 05.
Cases of refusal to make a payment:
- the bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, which you can find out by contacting your issuing bank;
- there are not enough funds to pay on your bank card. You can find out more about the availability of funds on your payment card by contacting the bank that issued your bank card;
- bank card details entered incorrectly;
- the bank card has expired. The card's expiration date is usually indicated on the front of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the card's expiration date by contacting the issuing bank.
