If the bouquet delivery address is a hotel, motel or office center, we can guarantee delivery only to the reception or reception area, as the courier may be denied access to the room/office. Therefore, for successful delivery of your order, you must indicate the recipient's mobile phone number and, preferably, the number (office). If the recipient is absent from work, the courier can leave the order with colleagues if they confirm that the recipient is at work that day.

To home address. We deliver the order to the recipient personally, if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the courier can leave the bouquet with cohabiting persons.

We will call you immediately to try to resolve the issue. The courier will wait for 15 minutes. If the recipient still hasn't arrived, we will contact you to set a time for the courier to come again.

Repeated courier visit is subject to a fee. The cost of repeated delivery can be found by calling +7 707 365 05 05.

To ensure that the bouquet delivery goes perfectly, you should plan the date, time and place of delivery in advance. Ask the recipient about their plans for the day: where they will be and what they will do.

The recipient's address or contact information is incorrect. If the recipient's address or number is incorrect, your order may be significantly delayed. To avoid this, please make sure that all recipient information is correct.

The bouquet could not be delivered due to an obstacle (closed door/checkpoint). If the courier was not warned in advance about possible obstacles, there is a possibility of repeated delivery. To avoid such a situation, when placing an order, please indicate the access details to the recipient: intercom code, etc.).
