If for any reason you make changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will promptly accept your order change request, provided that the request was submitted before the order was shipped or prepared for shipment. It is advisable to notify us of any changes 12 hours before the estimated delivery time.
If our florist has already assembled the bouquet, order cancellation is not possible and refunds are not provided.
If the bouquet was not assembled, you can cancel the order and we will refund its full cost.
If delivery was not carried out due to the fact that the buyer indicated a non-existent or incorrect address, a refund will not be made, since flowers are perishable goods and, according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are not subject to return.
We are very responsible about the quality of flowers and only our best florists are engaged in assembling bouquets for the online store, and we do not ignore the slightest comments and wishes of our customers. Regular customers are the basis of our business, and we will do everything possible to make you one of them.
If you have any doubts about the quality of the bouquet, you have the right to contact us within 24 hours from the moment of delivery, and we will replace it with a new one. The quality guarantee also applies to additional products on our website.

In case of unsuitable quality of flowers, you have the right to receive all or part of the money. The return is made in the same way as the payment was made (to a bank card, by courier, by bank transfer) within 7 working days.
